Apparently after purchasing the 3rd-rate software program called 'Consignpro' from the one-man show of 'Brian Wilson' you're vulnerable to being up the creek without support and your money when he determines you've asked way too many questions. In this public forum he brags about 'firing customers' when they, quote, "...they cost you more than they earn you [sic]". If you'll take a look at his protagonist tripe here his self-serving logic will just astound you. Get the part where he blames some alleged 'business school' for teaching him how to operate an online business like a deceitful greedy loser: ""If there's a lesson here, it might be, sometimes in life it makes sense to fire a customer. Not because you want to, but because they cost you more than they earn you - that's just how some people operate." "I remember hearing this in b-school and thinking, what a strange concept. Having lived in the real world for many years, I've had to "fire" a few customers along the way - if not purely financial, sometimes for sanity reasons. I'm sure anyone who runs a business knows exactly what I mean." "I think it's also presumed that the "software vendors" are all like Microsoft. We're not. We're small business owners just like you. We have good days and we have bad days. We say things we shouldn't and bite our tongues often. In general, like you, we do our best every single day to try to build good-will and grow our businesses. Most of the time, that's enough - sometimes it's not. Luckily, you have choices. If you don't "mesh" with one personality, you have several others to choose from." Yep, for sure: You dear reader have several others to choose from when shopping for consignment software. The question left unanswered is, 'What happens to the $1300 and more than your software users pay to you to use and get support for your $50 program? Oh, you kept it? The color orange would look good on you.
